From Interstate Highway 95: South

• Take Hwy 278 Exit toward Hilton Head
• Exit to Beaufort at Hwy 170
• Take Rt 802 right after the Broad River
• Stay on 802 to Lady's Island
• Turn onto Rt 21 South & out to the Park

From Interstate Highway 95: North

• Take Hwy 21 or Hwy 17 Exit to Beaufort
• Follow 21 through Beaufort onto Lady's Island & out to the Park
